Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are a company that helps professionals revalidate their diplomas in the United States. As such, we offer a hub of products and services — ranging from digital products to immigration processes. Given this, it is very important for us to have an excellent CRM that can identify all our databases and help us organize the incoming leads. HubSpot CRM helps us qualify these leads and also provides valuable insights for our company.

HubSpot CRM required significant work from our operations and sales teams to reach the format we wanted. This is because it allows customization according to the client's needs. After this initial work, its usability and ease of understanding are very good. The entire sales team and leadership adapted well and were able to gain the insights they needed, in addition to helping us boost our sales.
In our company, we previously used various CRMs that often had shortcomings and failed us at critical moments. Since adopting HubSpot CRM, we've noticed significant improvements, as it allows us to segment our databases, properly qualify leads, and generate reports and insights — all within a single platform, without the technical glitches we encountered before.

Here at our company, we've used several other CRMs in the past, but they always had flaws and ended up letting us down at some point. Since we started using HubSpot CRM, we've seen real improvements — we’re now able to segment our databases, qualify leads, and generate reports and insights, all within the same platform. It’s the best CRM for a company with the level of complexity we have and the number of products and databases we manage.
