Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to keep track of lead generation and contact
touchpoints. By emailing through the platform, we have all contact in
one place so anyone jumping in to the conversation can see where we are
at, when someone was last contacted and when we should follow up with them.

Pros

  • Build contact lists and groups
  • Send mass emails to client base
  • Tracking conversations, both inside and outside of HubSpot CRM

Cons

  • Loosen email restrictions. In this day and age people come and go from jobs so fast just because a valid email address, or list of them, were valid a month ago doesn't mean that person is still with the company a month later, and the sender should not be flagged/punished for that. I've had campaigns cancelled from known lists that suddenly are flagged for having too many bounce-backs.
  • Easier to see at a glance most recent, and historical, contact with someone. Time saver!
Maybe not for the novice that hasn't worked with a similar type of platform, but easy enough to figure out most features if you have some experience.
We currently mostly use Robly for newsletters and email campaigns. It's a bit simpler and straightforward in design, results, and reporting.

It has many useful tools, but is also kind of expensive for what you get in the paid version.
