A must have.
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot is helping us with pipeline management, we're even using it to link pipelines through different departments (Customer Success and Sales). We use reports. We use notes to track clients and deal information, where other HS users can have access to (CS and sales mainly).
Pros
- Easy to use. It's straightforward to understand—no complex links between different objects that make the user spend time fixing them.
- Customizable.
- As a wide-used tool, it easily integrates with other software (eg. Zappier, Gmail, Slack).
Cons
- I don't really have something I'd like to work differently.
- I'm not sure, as this is not something I manage from my current role. As a user, I can say that Hubspot is one of the primary tools I use for work, and I find it extremely helpful.
I used Salesforce in a previous company. It was way more complex, especially because we would receive bugs and error messages that would prevent us from fixing the issue when it was urgent, as it would cause a contract not to be sent, for example. We had a customized version then (I was working in an Enterprise company), so maybe that was the reason why it used to have issues. I never had problems of this sort with Hubspot.
