Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to manage and store new leads generated through our ADS, such as Google Ads. It is connected to our Salesforce account, and that makes them a very powerful duo for our sales and marketing operation.

Pros

  • Good connectivity with other tools, such as Salesforce.
  • User-friendly, integrative dashboard with a clean layout and easy to learn.
  • Contains all the necessary information about a new client or lead.
  • It can be used in a variety of different ways, not only for data storage but also for direct contact.

Cons

  • As it offers many features, it can be a bit confusing at first use.
  • It is often used in conjunction with other CRMs, but the platform could consider a different positioning.
  • We do not use only HotSpot, but I believe we could, so that’s a big point for me.
  • It’s quite robust as a tool, so with proper training can be a great asset.
  • A marketing tool is great for new businesses and markets.
It’s really easy to use, in its overall simplicity. However, some aspects are not as intuitive, so a more comprehensive training session may be necessary at times. For example, the marketing tool was one area where I did not receive training, or any other function, really, but this one in particular was harder for me to grasp.
HubSpot+Salesforce is the most reliable and efficient combination I’ve ever used in a sales and marketing position. They complement each other perfectly, and I have nothing bad to say about it. And, thinking only about HubSpot, it’s quite friendly, which is really a stand-up thing for this tiny tool; once the other(Salesforce can be used as an example) can be extremely hard for new users, and sometimes even old users can get a little bit frustrated with it.

We are not fully using HubSpot’s features, especially in marketing. Today, we use three tools, HubSpot, Google Ads, and Salesforce, when HubSpot alone could do the job. This results in additional work for the team and increased costs. If possible, I would suggest reviewing the process and utilizing more of HubSpot to simplify and reduce costs.
