Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Helping us keep organized and stay efficient - Hubspot's CRM may take a bit to get used to but it is worthwhile in order to help keep the company organized - for existing team members, when new team members join, etc. We generally use it to track cold outreach and existing conversations with prospects/clients

I give it a 7 because it is relatively easy to use, especially once you get used to it. Of course, it isn't perfect (what platform is?( and there is definitely a ramp up period and a lot of features so it could take some time to learn but overall the ramp up period is relatively small
I like Hubspot as a way to track emails to cold prospects, conversations with prospects/clients, tracking opportunities, etc. Like I shared, the ramp up period isn't long and it's a nice way to stay organized when new members are joining on to ensure organization for team members and win business!

I think Hubspot is very well suited when it comes to the following focuses: cold outreach, prospecting, tracking deal flow (outreach, in conversation, negotiation, closed won/lost, etc) I think it would be great for it to add features like Apollo for actual prospecting / outreach so it could all be in one place!
