Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Helping us keep organized and stay efficient - Hubspot's CRM may take a bit to get used to but it is worthwhile in order to help keep the company organized - for existing team members, when new team members join, etc. We generally use it to track cold outreach and existing conversations with prospects/clients

I like Hubspot as a way to track emails to cold prospects, conversations with prospects/clients, tracking opportunities, etc. Like I shared, the ramp up period isn't long and it's a nice way to stay organized when new members are joining on to ensure organization for team members and win business!
