HubSpot Marketing Hub: An Asset to Small Teams
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Marketing Hub
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub across our entire organization and for our Inedo Japan teams. I personally use HubSpot every day, multiple times a day, for marketing emails, contact management, lists, blogging, workflows, and analytics for all these. We rely on HubSpot to automate many processes that would otherwise take too much time for our small team.
Pros
- Workflows have a great UI that make them easy to use
- Automatic contact grouping by using the company emails
- New email UI is nicely flexible
- Email time zone send increases open rates
- Auto-tracking on CTAs
Cons
- Lists have some inflexibility that can be frustrating
- Emails sometimes don't allow "Send To More"
- Unreliable "undo" function on blogs editor
- Embedded Forms in Blogs allow for faster lead capture
- Significant time savings through automation
I was hired after the decision to use HubSpot occurred. I do not know what other solutions were considered, if any.
