Attention Marketers, Bloggers and Social Media Gurus! Check out what HubSpot Can do for You!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Marketing Hub
We use [HubSpot Marketing Hub] for the CRM or are still in the process of developing this for email blasts including educational materials and promotions. We've built our website on HubSpot. It offers interconnected pages, blogging and social media posting. I've only been using it since October 2020, but I am impressed with how much support they offer, and when I need to edit, update or do something that's more FEWD, it's fairly easy to figure it out without years of experience.
Pros
- The menu bar is well organized from Contacts (the CRM) to Marketing and Reports
- Creating Social Media Posts is straight-forward; it's easy to upload images and set schedule
- Editing website pages takes a little training, but once you understand the how the side bars and tools work, you're off and writing
- Similar to editing website pages, posting blogs takes a little training, but you can immediately see the results, and they are easy to schedule and link up to social media.
Cons
- Design Tools (part of the Marketing menu) takes a bit of hunting around to find things like posting forms.
- February 2021 brought 16.9K users to our HubSpot website per Google Analytics. This was a new record for us as far a website traffic in a month.
I've worked with web developers and data engineers in previous roles, so this is really the first time I've had to work as both a content provider and deal with the interface and CRM.
