Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub

We use HubSpot as our central source of truth for all things sales and CRM. We previously had an issue of not having a place to see everything in one place and be able to monitor and track the progress of deals and attribute them to the correct people within the organization.

HubSpot feels like it has low barrier to entry for the modern knowledge worker. Fairly intuitive and easy to navigate with little to no training.

For a small or emerging company, it's a great platform to grow into. HubSpot has allowed our team to significantly get smarter on where we are winning and losing deals in addition to more effectively reporting out to our board.
