Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation
We have ICP4BA platforms in out customer environments. We have migrated to ICP4BA from IBM FileNet and Case Manager platforms. ICP4BA provides lot of capabilities with seamlessly integrated components.

ICP4BA provides more capabilities towards security, integrations, content management, workflow automation and Case management. Cost is higher compared to other products. Technology is bit older compared to other products. ICP4BA requires more technical expertise.
IBM support is not so good in ICP4BA issues because of lot of components integrated.
