I use the IBM Robotic Process Automation tool to improve efficiency, decrease human errors and increase the safety of a process. The automated process in question is the alteration of the customer's contract, in this way the robot receives an alteration instruction with all the necessary data and modifies the legacy applications related to the telecommunication part (television, broadband, residential and mobile telephony).

The great challenge of the chatbot is that it is a process that has a certain time to mature and improve according to its use.
The improvement in efficiency in hours will depend on the computational power used in the process. In general, a computer working 24 hours is equivalent to 5 people working 8 hours a day. In this case, we would have a time saving of 16 hours. But this can be scaled by adding more computational power.
