Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation
We used IBM Robotic Process Automation mainly in Finance, HR and IT/Service departments. In the Finance department, we used it to process incoming invoices and to reconcile with our financial system. In the HR department, we were able to fully automate our onboarding process saving a lot of time with basic tasks like adding to payroll groups and teams.

I would say IBM Robotic Process Automation is easier to use and more intuitive than Microsoft Power Automate. Templates were much more useful as well. Microsoft Power Automate templates seemed rather limited and really only serve as examples of what is possible rather than something that can be put into use immediately.
