Our company acquired a tool with good expectations for process automation. And we find the IBM Robotic Process Automation tool for fixing these requirements. It helps us Reduce time to market also it is helping us to Improve business process agility. we have created so many auto proses in different application and modules.

Pros

  • We have set serval auto process in the finance module
  • We have set BOT for extracting data from SFT server and creating sale report
  • We have so many more BOT with the help of IBM Robotic Process Automation

Cons

  • Collecting data from SFT server and create Orders and Report with our in-house application still need to be improve
  • There some room for improvement is it can be more user friendly
  • Reduce time to process and manual intervene.
  • Cost management also good we are able save big human cost with the help of IBM Robotic Process Automation.
  • Its is very good tool in terms of compliance and auditing purpose.
