We used IBM products for IBM Robotic Process Automation to help automate some of our financial accounting process related workflows. For financial operational processes that were relatively repetitive and had high volume of entries, we utilized robotic process automation to automate these processes. These included part of our weekly reconciliations, accounts payable automation, and reporting processes.

The technology with IBM backed technologies is relatively reliable and has credibility. Our organization did seek advice of some independent consultants to help us review and select the product.
