iCIMS has been beneficial but we need help taking full advantage of the opportunities available
Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud
We use iCIMS recruit to host our careers pages and process candidate transactions (statuses). It is being used by CFA, Inc and a couple of other entities. It is not used by our independent contractor-owned restaurants. iCIMS allow us to receive new candidates, communicate with them via email, process their application, etc.
Pros
- Highly configurable which helps us design the system to meet our unique needs
- Email templates and communications
- Allow for different experiences specific to the needs of each user
Cons
- Reporting based off of a specific historical date
- Complexity around searching/reporting
- User group configurations are sometimes difficult to change when needs arise
- Efficiency (we did not have an ATS prior)
- Candidate experience
We have not evaluated other systems since implementing iCIMS in 2013
We have not been able to take advantage of most of the other non-ATS activities due to other business needs. I do not believe we have benefited.
Screening quesitions are a helpful tool. We did not have success using iCIMS Connect so we stopped.
I don't believe we are utilizing or knowledgeable about these tools.
