Use Cases and Deployment Scope

iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite is being used organization-wide to support the headcount requisitions, talent needs, and the full cycle selection process. iCIMS improves process management and interdepartmental communication and timeline tracking as well as managing KPI's and Metrics reporting.

Support Rating

User Support is where iCIMS shines! There is a very robust user knowledge base that is easy to search and easy to follow. All personal cases are logged, documented and searchable by everyone in the org (saving duplication). When you enter a new case there is an automatic search that tries to find a knowledge base article to save time. Emailed cases are responded to promptly and if you have to call they are VERY helpful!

As a corporate recruiter I do a lot of "little things" to be sure to protect and promote our corporate brand to candidates. I want everyone to work for my company! iCIMS makes this so much easier with templates and point/click processes that save me a lot of time and reduces areas where typo's can occur. My metrics have improved greatly since adding iCIMS. I didn't know what I was missing. I do now!
