Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize iCIMS across our entire organization as Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers have access.

Pros and Cons

Ease of courcing applicants
Ease of system navigation

Scheduler: Out dated. Should provide enhancements to self scheduler feature.
Offer: Shouldn't list "Offer Rescinded" when edits are made to an offer from the candidate's view. It causes a lot of alarm.

Return on Investment

Improved candidate experience.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams, TimeTrade and Avature CRM

TimeTrade is a better experience for candidate self-scheduling.

Support Rating

Still some enhancements need to allow sourcing within talent pools to be more like Linked In Recruiter.

The talent cloud is only as good as the talent pools that are set up. Very time-consuming. I wish it worked more like Linked In Recruiter with more filters.
