We use ICIMS globally as our recruitment platform. It addresses global issues with recruitment and allows for advertisement on multiple global websites.

iCIMS provided a basic recruitment platform for the organization with a lower cost than Workday recruitment.

The system is well suited when managing job postings in the US. Managing postings and job advertisements in multiple countries can be improved upon. In addition, integration with Workday can be better thought out.
