Overall Satisfaction with iContact
We use iContact to send out bulk emails to our potential/customer base. We use iContact statistics to tailor our marketing campaigns.
- Maintains the list of contacts.
- Allows us to segment or divide our contacts up into targeted lists.
- Provides a dashboard with statistics for marketing insights.
- Deleting contacts is not easy and if you make a mistake it is not easy to fix.
- Finding and reusing messages is not easy.
- Adding/manipulating blocks is sometimes frustrating to get the look you want in a message.
- We have a template for webinars that we send every month. We just edit it and send. This couldn't be easier (once you know where to find it).
- We like the breakdown of statistics in the dashboard. They're easy to read.
- iContact isn't a comprehensive solution, so it is only one of a few products we use for marketing.
ClickDimensions was more comprehensive but buggy and not stable. We lost a lot of data which negated the benefits. iContact doesn't do as much but is stable and reliable. ClickDimensions support was awful. iContact support has been fine for us. ClickDimensions assigned us success managers that did nothing for us. iContact does not have an assigned person for our account, but it isn't needed.
