Overall Satisfaction with Image Relay
My company produces hundreds of products for retail sale. I use images of these products for catalogs, ads, sell sheets, etc. I use Image Relay to download images of our products. Other users are customers & web developers.
- Organizes my images, so they are extremely easy to find
- Ease of download!
- Clean and simple user interface!
- I cannot think of anything. Image Relay far surpasses the service we used previously.
- Ease of use means quicker timeframe
- simple interface means less frustration
- great customer service
We used Kwikee (which is now Syndigo I believe) for many years. Clunky interface and it was very slow to get new assets up. Image Relay was a very refreshing change!
