Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

It is used in the marketing department but supported by the entire organization. It addresses customer engagement, marketing, support, and retention.
  • The platform is easy to use.
  • It offers several options for engagement.
  • Influitive support is PHENOMENAL!!!
  • I would like the ability for more customization.
  • More/variety of metrics (limited offerings presently).
  • That's all I can think of presently :)
  • Increase peer to peer engagement.
  • A platform for PM/client engagement.
  • A more positive company experience for clients.
I have not used any other platforms but am very impressed with Influitive.
There are quite a few system errors that happen regularly that require assistance from tech support.
It is an interactive and overall engaging and fun experience.
It does not 'play nice' with Salesforce. There have been issues with Tango integration as well.
More appropriate for those well-versed in customer community experience/environments.
