As community members complete these personalized challenges—which can be targeted to groups or individuals—they automatically earn points, badges, and levels to redeem professional perks and privileges. Yes, there is a reasonable timeframe and most of the reports are quite instant. The pages and functioning are relatively quick and if in a case we are unable to update certain information or download a report, we do reach out to the support team that does respond almost immediately.

Influitive AdvocateHub interacts with Blackbaud Champions and is an on-time response system. What I mean by that is once data is entered in Influitive AdvocateHub, it is updated in real time and I can access a computer and the data is there immediately. Sometimes the rewards do not show up right away and I am under the assumption that the delay is caused by an influx of traffic.

Occasional bugs in the system can cause periodic slowdowns but these are usually resolved in less than one business day. Influitive integrates well with SFDC and some third party vendor like Tango Card, Sendoso, TrustRadius and G2 Crowd.
