Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We use Influitive to communicate with our customers. We upload challenges based on new partner launches, new product releases, educational webinars, as well as sharing industry news and blog posts. Our goal is to serve as a resource/educational hub for all of our customers, and allow them to network and chat amongst themselves to better understand our product and build hospitality relationships. It's been a helpful tool for us to date.
  • Reporting - I appreciate that I can see which users are doing well, which challenge topics to perform well, and where we have room for improvement.
  • Knowledge Base - This is a great place for us to consolidate all of our educational tools (our University, webinars, e-books, and resources), so our customers have one place to go to find what they need.
  • Templates - there is a good variety of templates available that allow us to brainstorm new and creative ways to engage with our customers
  • Networking - they do a great job of hosting events, as well as introducing us to like-users to help us continue to improve
  • In-App webinars - hosting webinars within the platform would be a great tool
  • ChurnZero - I think this may be in the works, but a partnership with churnzero so we can better onboard/communicate with our customers
  • New Window, being able to click and open content and have it open into a new window instead of over the current window. There may be a workaround on this that I'm just unaware of though
  • Improved Customer Engagement
Our account manager, Lisa Ireland, is out of this world. We have bi-weekly check-ins where we discuss new ways to engage with our customers and she's always ready to show examples or find them if she doesn't have them. The entire intuitive team genuinely cares about your success and it shows. We look forward to increasing our customer usage and growing within this platform.
Having a centralized hub that helps our account managers and marketing team collect useful information from our customers in a consolidated way has been a huge help to us at Tripleseat. We have seen an increase in customer engagement, and have even heard customers talk about how much they appreciate the hub. We're about to add this to our in-app with SSO which will certainly take this to the next level which we're looking forward to

We have a lot of educational resources in many places, between our blog, TSU, Vimeo webinars, youtube, etc. Influitive has given us the ability to consolidate all of our educational resources into one place making it easy for our users to find the content that they need. Also, being able to engage with our customers and get to know them. Asking them questions about the type of content that they want to see that would be useful. It's a good way for us to create a content calendar with information we know our customers want to see. Lastly, helping with our product. Creating challenges where we ask our customers what changes they would like to see with our platform. So we know we're making improvements based on what our current customers need!
