We use Influitive for our customer community.

  • One Influitive site to another can look exactly the same - one template
  • SSO login has been difficult
  • Opening up part of site to non-members
  • Has definitely helped us with customer engagement
As mentioned earlier, we've had excellent support from our CSM. If she doesn't have the answer, she finds the person who does.
We've definitely used the platform to help us with our customer advocacy activities-- from finding customers to participate as a speaker in a webinar, at our user event, or leaving a review, it's been very helpful. It has also helped us track our advocates and their activity.
Influitive has much better technology and functionality.

Influitive is a great platform to build a customer community and they have a great community of users that are very helpful. We've had excellent support from our CSM which definitely influences our loyalty.
