What is Influitive?

Influitive allows companies to build a community and invite customers to complete challenges, referrals, product reviews, social media posts, and more. As community members complete these personalized challenges—which can be targeted to groups or individuals—they automatically earn points, badges, and levels to redeem professional perks and privileges. Influitive aims to enable businesses to easily visualize and report on all activities completed and the ROI of those activities, while integrating with the user's CRM and marketing automation platform to guide members through the entire customer journey.

The Influitive family also includes Upshot, which is designed to allow users to produce ungated customer stories easily.

Our implementation team was amazing! They were ready to answer any questions and offered helped with customization to ensure that we hit our go-live date.
Our CSM has been the best support. With his help and guidance we have been able to utilize the tool more than we planned and he is always looking for new ways for us to automate our processes.

From day 1, Influitive work very closely with your business to ensure that you're on the right path. They'll help justify business cases, ensure that you're on track to hit launch dates and support customer sign ups. From there, any issues are dealt with quickly by a solid support team that always has answers and will work hard and fast to resolve issues. We see our CSM as an extension of our own team, she helps us to achieve our goals and keeps us on track by sharing the right paths to get there. We completely trust her to meet with our customers at events to drive sign ups and engage with existing advocates and couldn't do any of this without her!

We found working with the vendor after the sale to be highly positive and efficient. Their team demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and was responsive to our needs. While there were some minor areas for improvement, overall, the post-sale support and collaboration contributed significantly to our positive experience with the vendor.

The Influitive team are always on hand to support the development and growth of the program.

It is obviously in their interest for our program to succeed, but there's a genuine feeling that the team care about their customers and want to do everything they can to ensure success.

We have a CSM who we talk to regularly. As an Influitive expert (and formerly a customer), she is very well positioned to offer advice and guidance. We are also in regular contact with the Influitive leadership team, giving us the opportunity to be heard by those responsible for the future of the solution.

The high-level touch points are strong, but getting into the day-to-day weeds of building the actual program can be a bit daunting and requires a fair share of hand-holding early on to get things set up just right. If I could have gone back and done it all over again from scratch, there are areas I felt we could have had more granular instruction and guidance on.

CSM was appointed pretty much immediately who helped us with getting more from the platform. That was a great move and so pleased, as we learnt more from our CSM about the platform than we did from help text. The platform has so many facets to it, it would be impossible to learn best practices without guidance from someone who has deep experience of the platform.
