Overall Satisfaction with Influitive AdvocateHub
We use Influitive AdvocateHub to engage with and leverage our best advocates. My team is responsible for managing AdvocateHub, but we work cross-functionally with many other teams to connect our advocates wherever they are needed.
Pros
- AdvocateHub is really easy to use and intuitive once you get started. They provide lots of templates so it's easy to find ideas for new ways to engage.
- AdvocateHub allows us to engage with our advocates in a personal yet automated way so that the program is meaningful while easy to manage.
- Because all acts of advocacy go through the Influitive platform, it is really easy to pull metrics, which helps show the value of the program.
Cons
- Occasionally the platform seems to get overwhelmed by the amount of traffic going through it and we experience connectivity issues. The team usually resolves this quickly.
- The referral process isn't as robust as it should be and took a bit longer than expected to set up.
- We only recently implemented, so it's a little early to say what the full impact is, but I know we are already seeing a very positive impact.
We haven't used any other similar programs (are there any?), but we were previously managing our advocate program manually. That was a huge effort and pulling metrics was difficult if even possible. Every outreach was a significant effort and it was getting more and more difficult for us to engage with our growing number of advocates.
