Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is an affordable way to keep tract of all contacts to AggData. Being used on our Customer Team, which, includes: Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service. It assists in coordinating where each customer is at with on-boarding process to exit strategy, follow up, and follow through all while giving an insight of the history with the customer and who is in charge of the customer.
- History of all contacts. From the email you can hit a button and it is added to Insightly.
- Opportunities. Gives a clear indication of where my clients are with the on-boarding process.
- Tasks. Reminds me of follow through.
- Reports. Can see what type of impact I am having and what other ways I can have a better impact on my clients.
- Pipelines. I wish it was easier to put in reasons for the step in pipelines or keep it open to typing instead of having to put all that info in Notes.
- Organizations. I wish there was a way to have all the contact info come up when you select the Organization.
- Contact Tags. I wish I could click on a button to add another Tag. Like the button that says 'No Tags', have one next to it saying 'New Tags'.

Having all contact info in one area has reduced the amount of run around I have had to do with email. There is one location in which I can access all communications to understand what the next steps will be. Improved efficiency, Streamlined business process, and centralized management are a few areas I have achieved by using Insightly.
Much better pricing and less intrusive. Insightly is a great bang for your buck. Salesforce just does not stack up.
