Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is the best CRM I've used by a long shot. It does a seamless job in tracking our prospective, current and past client communications -- from sales to project.

Pros

  • Intuitive user options
  • Adapts well with email
  • Great reporting components that allow for easy customization

Cons

  • Can't think of any ways Insightly can improve at this time
