Insightly is the best CRM I've used by a long shot. It does a seamless job in tracking our prospective, current and past client communications -- from sales to project.
- Intuitive user options
- Adapts well with email
- Great reporting components that allow for easy customization
- Can't think of any ways Insightly can improve at this time
