Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly to keep track of my business coaching clients, their contact info, and notes from each coaching session. Insightly is easy to use and has been reliable for over two years of use.
  • It's easy to use
  • It helps keep track of client conversations and next steps
  • It's available on all my devices
  • Easier integration with Google Calendar
Works fine for basic client contact info and keeping notes in one place
It's easier than Salesforce, but is less robust for scheduling follow up calls than GoldMine and Act.
It's a lot easier to use than Salesforce but not as full functioned as a sales CRM like Act.
