Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We are a small company. Right now I just use it but I'll be adding Marketing soon. I use it to track potential leads and opportunities.
Pros
- Intuitive and well laid out
- Data integrity is good
- Cost point can't be beat
Cons
- Better Gmail integration - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't
- More robust tagging and categorization
Manage and grow leads. I think I've captured a lot of quality data but I'm not sure I'm using it effectively.
I've used SalesForce.com extensively at prior companies. I think Insightly is a lot cleaner and more intuitive and the webservices are more robust and mature.
