Everything I Need to Manage My Sales Prospects
Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I personally use Insightly to manage my sales prospects and maintain contact records. Insightly helps me keep track of who I've contacted and what our conversation entailed. I've added my business partner as a user as well, so we can each see who we've contacted throughout the sales cycle. I use the Organizations and Tags features to categorise the types of sales prospects I'm contacting, which helps keep my activity aligned with my goals.
Pros
- Categorises Organisations and Contacts
- Keeps track of email conversations and associates them with the Contact and/or Organisation
- Allows the addition of notes and other project-related details
Cons
- The interface and styles are a bit outdated
- Sometimes it seems there are too many clicks required to accomplish a task
- The relationship between Contacts and Leads, and the relative benefits of each, is a bit difficult to understand.
- Increased Sales
I have not achieved increased sales - yet. My sales cycles are typically very long, so I'm still expecting great things!
