Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Our company uses insightly specifically for our sales team. It helps us to organize and follow up on tasks like follow-up calls, quotes, and keeping our contacts in one place. It is particularly useful when a member is out sick or on vacation, we can access all their contacts and email histories without trying to guess a password or call them for info.

  • Ease of use could be a bit more intuitive, the basic features are easy to navigate, but advanced settings can sometimes make you tear your hair out.
  • Syncing email from different sources is hit or miss.
  • I would like to see the ability to clear all tasks for future dates (related to the initial task) automatically if they are completed early, instead of manually.
Ideally insightly will help our company continue to work on not only attaining new customers but retaining the ones who we have already attracted through marketing. We have definitely seen a ton of benefit from the pipeline and opportunites system. Helps us stay ahead of the game when it comes to following up and reaching out to clients and making sure they are happy with the service and product.
Insightly is the first CRM we have tried, and we have stuck with it. It has been an invaluable tool in our efforts to retain customers and gain repeat business. We aren't likely to try any other programs in the near future.
Insightly is great if you have multiple members on a team who need to access the same information or work on projects together. Less useful if each member has their own specific duties (unless you are bad at remembering to follow up on tasks, it is really great at keeping tasks organized and reminding you to follow up).
