Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is used as our primary CRM system. It's ease of use and completeness solved the problems associated with other, "larger' offerings.
  • Contact organization
  • Concise client company structure
  • A very good follow up routine
  • The bulk editing feature needs work, but it does work well.
  • The reporting function is, initially, daunting, but once you have the hang of it, it works properly.
  • The calendar integration in the app needs work.
Regular, reliable, predictable CRM functions for my clients and their teams.
All the way back to DBII and it's associated offerning, I've pretty much either used and evaluated them all. Of course this would include Salesforce and MS-Dynamics in the current environment, but also the older ones like: ACT!, Maximizer, Batchbook, Hubspot, etc.

For ease of use and implementation, Insightly is the better solution.
Especially for those firms that are in the "small business sector" (up to 250 employees) this CRM solution is idea.
