Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly enables us to manage enquiries, store relevant data, and enables quick access to the information we need to manage our client accounts. It allows alerts for renewal periods and the ability to attach email correspondence means we can keep all the information together in one safe directory. There are 4 staff that use Insightly on a daily basis.

One key part of our business is customer service and organised contact with our clients. Insightly allows calendar entries to ensure alerts arrive when we need to make calls/emails and support our client base as efficiently as possible. We have also built a portfolio of potential business clients that aren't ready just yet, but need to be contacted in the future.
