Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is a perfectly sufficient CRM to keep any sized business organized. I've been using it for the past year, and there's no website I've come to navigate faster. Customers don't always have the information I'm looking for to find their account, but Insightly's intuitive search system has made it easy to reverse search any information found on the account. I'd recommend this CRM to anyone.
  • Reverse information search to find customer accounts.
  • Quick and efficient data upload/download.
  • Getting edit updates on specific accounts to my personal email can be achieved at the touch of a button. This helps avoid escalations.
  • Direct account search will sometimes bring up unassociated accounts.
  • User interface could be more customizable.
  • Editing accounts requires a few seconds of waiting that can cause frustration when handling a large number of accounts.
  • Decrease in project completion timeline.
  • Quicker updates for customers.
  • Increase in total projects.
Insightly organizes your client information and day by day updates for you, so you can pay more attention to what makes your company important. All of your new and existing projects can be located in one place, accessible at any place, at all times. Customers are quite pleased with how quickly we can get them an update when calling in.
Inisghtly's quick update's to my personal business email have surely saved us a deal or two. Nothing has optimized my workflow more than the customer care/tasks feature. Customers hate when the person reviewing their account information has no idea what's going on. My team can leave important notes on any account and always check those notes before giving out information.
Insightly is the first CRM I've used, and I couldn't be more pleased.

I would say Insightly is best suited for storing customer data and finding said data in a quick and efficient matter. I wouldn't recommend it for non-customer service businesses. If you're getting a lot of contact from customers and need somewhere to store data without hassle, this is the CRM for you.
