Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly offers a cloud-based CRM and pipeline management tool that allows our team to work together efficiently from anywhere. We can organize various pipelines, tasks, and workflows for sales, marketing, or project management purposes. It provides fast data access and clear information comprehension.

  • Marketing system reports could use more options
  • Make dashboards more user friendly
  • More options for reporting in general
  • Keep us on track with our sales and clients
  • Marketing has allowed us to reach back out to leads to gain clients
  • Keeps our remote team connected
There is always room for improvement. More flexibility with reporting would be a great addition.
Extracting a report from various objects has its limitations. Although there are numerous choices available, there are certain data points that you wish to extract simultaneously, but are unable to do so.

Our company works in sales. The pipelines are efficient in keeping us on track and with follow up. The task options that we can assign to ourselves or other team members keeps everyone in the loop.
