Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

CRM and marketing platforms.

Pros

  • List building.
  • Email templates.
  • Journeys

Cons

  • Can’t figure out how to load things into file manager.
  • I Don’t like that replies to emails cannot be tracked.
  • I am having trouble seeing actions from emails load into the contact or prospect record correctly.
  • Marketing training takes too long.
  • Too early to say.
The platform has the right functionality, but the user interface is clunky.
I had a hard time getting the actions taken on the marketing side to show up correctly within the CRM.
HubSpot‘s interface is much cleaner and easier to use in my opinion. I did not like working within Salesforce.

I would tell them it works okay and has most of the functionality I need, but the user interface is really clunky.
