Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Managing data in one place was the issue. Insightly has been able to fix that and present it in an easy to read manner. Being able to set up various views to manage and organise data has made life a lot easier for myself and the sales team at my company.

The overall user usability is very good. Being able to use Insightly across both a computer and mobile device means I have access to it wherever I go.
It has increased overall operational efficiency as we spend less time on the longer tasks, allowing us to reallocate that time into clients. Overall, this means more sales for the company and better relationship management with clients.
We swapped across from HubSpot as it was too difficult and over the top. Insightly had all the positive features from Hubspot, without the complications.

Well suited for the type of work we do and the interactions we have with clients. Tracks everything so when people are absent, easy to identify and pickup from where colleagues were before they were away sick. Being able to run various reports with custom filters is also very helpful for presenting data in an easy to ready way.
