Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Since we are supporting Travel Concierge, this is a helpful tool to use in communicating with our leads, regardless of LOB. We can call, chat, send SMS, and communicate via email. What's even better is that we can share our inboxes with our colleagues in the same department, making follow-ups and SLA management easier. When we're not around, our teammates can cover for us because we can give them access to our customer inbox.

  • From 500k GMV at the time we're still using the GMail - DialPad Combo, to 2.3M GMV now that we're using Intercom.
  • Surveys! This is really important. It lets us know what needs improvement in our business.
  • Notes from the colleague - this keeps us in the loop, updated of any changes that happened between my break and my return.
This app is simply a tailor-made tool for sales and marketing. Especially the AI features. Regardless of how little you know in handling leads and sales, you'lll be able to work it out easier if you're using Intercom (at least, compares to other apps) and you can access it anywhere. You can use your computer, you can use your phone.
Since we have gotten rid of DialPad, the only tool we have integrated with Intercom is Salesforce. And these two work like a carrot and stick. With how complicated Salesforce is, Intercom comes in to neutralize the difficulties in managing leads. They work well together and you wouldnd't be able to maximize the potential of one without the other.
With DialPad, you need to have at least four different DialPad tools to be able to handle all your leads in different LOBs. There's a specific tool for specific form of comms, in which Intercom does in only one place. So long as your contacts are in, then everything you need to do to get in touch with them is all in there.

There was a time when we were still using GMail for business and it was all over the place. We couldn't see responses that got sent to the wrong representative, and organizing inboxes for different LOBs is very difficult. With Intercom, this is not a problem at all. We can organize everything accordingly and assign inboxes, set filters, and save macros.
