Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
We use Intercom to handle direct product support for our customers. We also use FinAI to tackle the first level of support and human support as the next level. Incase of any support needed in product setup, customers will reach out to us to get immediate help or if they need to report a bug, they will use intercom to reach out to us. We also handle billing and other concerns.

We have integrated intercom with sheets and our own product to create workflows and manage data accordingly. To be honest, it works like a charm. The tag feature and actions help us to set this up seamlessly and get the setup done as quick as possible. It is super easy.
Intercom as a tool is well suited to manage our key metrics with the help of its reports. We have evaluated a lot of tools but Intercom remains the best in terms of report. It helps us maintain OKR's for the support team and track whenever needed. FinAI also has the reporting which helps us to find the difference.
