Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

We have been using Intercom as our primary method of communication for more than four years. It's a reliable, smart, and well-designed tool for communication. It allows us to keep an eye on the progress of the team, and maintain knowledgebase and it's very intuitive and easy to navigate. Also, it doesn't consume a lot of resources, so even when your Internet connection is poor, it works fast. I wish Intercom would add more AI features and make Fin a self-learning bot since now it's a bit shallow.

For me, Intercom is one of the best examples of intuitive UI\UX, an industry golden standard, if you could say so. Fin integration is made masterfully, even though I don't use that often. UI\UX updates are also quite good and I have no resistance to accepting them and never go back to legacy versions. Good job, team!
I rarely use fin or Intercom's Helpdesk. However, I could add that Fin is integrated seamlessly. I could call for help from Fin if needed or forget about him when working with customers manually. We are still skeptical about Fin, but I hope there will be a significant improvement in that feature.
It was a long debate before we switched from Crisp to Intercom, but we never regretted that decision. Intercom looks and looks sleeker, works smoother, and has the knowledge base feature, which was our main need to switch. The transition took very little time, so no bumps on that path.

It's one of the best products on the market, the best for support teams and even for sales teams. We run our knowledge-base on Intercom and it's easy and flexible way to keep our customers informed. It also allows managing the flow of users, making them either leave an email or look in the FAQ section. Saves a lot of time!
