Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

We primarily used Intuit Mailchimp's API service to integrate it with our SaaS applications. Which allows our clients to integrate their Intuit Mailchimp account and gets subscribe by their audience and run their own Email Marketing . Also we have given another feature like our clients can embed custom html subscription form which is made inside Intuit Mailchimp platform and then add in our SaaS app to get subscribe it is very useful and best for customization.

Pros

  • Lots of free custom html forms which can be embed in any webpage.
  • Intuit Mailchimp offered a free plan which is good who just wants to try the application before purchasing any plan.
  • Detailed analytics page.

Cons

  • Setting up Automation flows are little bit complex, it can be made more easier.
  • Lack of detailed training videos.
  • It has a very positive impact in our overall business.
  • Very Cost effective as we use the free plan of Intuit Mailchimp its saved lots.
  • Very easy to integrate in third apps which saves time.
Yes, we got benefit from Intuit Mailchimp's audience management. Its help us to keep all our subscribers in one place and create separate list easily. Segmentation also very useful because we can send mail to the right group of people.

Yes, Intuit Mailchimp's AI tools help us in some cases like in inline Text editor it makes it very fast to write and edit email contents. Also Intuit Assistant gives good suggestions for email subjects which are also very useful which improves our marketing efficiency and reduce time spent on planning email subjects.
Intuit Mailchimp scales very good with us when our company was growing. it was very easy to handle more contacts and campaigns. It save time and support our growth.
I am giving 10 out of 10 because it has all the features which our organizations needs for email marketing and most importantly API integration in our apps without any paid plan. Also the UI is very clean very easy to use and provide reliable API service which is most important thing.

Also for small businesses Intuit Mailchimp has a free plan for email marketing which can saves lots of money.
