Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

I use it to keep track of my customer base and send SMS and Email campaigns within my company. We occasionally will also use it to sync our customers between many different software platforms such as Shopify, Epos, WooCommerce, ETC. It works well; however, I wish the email campaign designer were more flexible with the placement of blocks.

Very well, easy to use and sync and allows amazing targeting features
Well, pricing should be more spread out versus a large jump howerver to compete with built in features with shopify
Easy to use however that generally comes with lack of flexibility in many ways, I am sure coding from scratch feature will help with this

It should have better pricing for smaller campaigns, especially for small companies and also provide the option to pay for specific customer bases and not charge for inactive and non campaign customersd.
