Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

I use Intuit Mailchimp to send messages (text email) to patients in our EMR.

Pros

  • Easily copy one campaign to a new one
  • Notification of a reply

Cons

  • Hard to find the "inbox"
  • Dealing with large list and categories of those list are confusing
  • Easy to send a campaign which helps the business
It is hard to navigate so not sure how to answer this.
  • Segmentation
Most used feature. Fairly easy to use, easy to see what happened with each campaign, good feathre
I am a small company so pricing on the small side is just as important as pricing scaling up. Companies don't always want the least expensive option because they are being cheap they want it because it fits the size of the company they are.
A challenge to understand how everything works together. Should have a pop out bubble with an explanation for why you are doing what you are doing at each step.
