- When copying files to, leave the date of the file intact, instead of chaging it to the date is is copied.
- Blocking keyboard and mouse from the remote user
- Remote sessions have brought us closer to the customers, giving faster support when they ask for it.
- You can do more 'interventions". We cover approx +400 customers with 2 technicians. You can work hard but having they right tool helps a lot.
