Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

Because we receive a lot of telephone calls and requests for remote assistance. We settled on ISL Light Online as our primary remote helpdesk tool.
It gives us quick access to remote computers and sufficient tools to help customers quickly.

Pros

  • Quick remote sessions
  • Easy file copies from and to the customer
  • Getting hardware computer info remotly

Cons

  • When copying files to, leave the date of the file intact, instead of chaging it to the date is is copied.
  • Blocking keyboard and mouse from the remote user
  • Remote sessions have brought us closer to the customers, giving faster support when they ask for it.
  • You can do more 'interventions". We cover approx +400 customers with 2 technicians. You can work hard but having they right tool helps a lot.
It is just a good tool to have
ISL Light is easier to use, a speccilay at customer side.

Remote sessions work great and are easy to use (Teamleader is a liitle more difficult to use)
Getting hardware remotly is also a big plus.
