Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
We use ISL Light AlwaysON mostly on company owned computers. That makes it much easier to connect and help users that has less technology knowledge. And since most of our computers run Ubuntu Linux, that makes it also much more user friendly. For some users it's just to complicated to explain how they connect and run client themselves.
Pros
- Easy installation
- Single console with all computers
- Good connection through poor network on the other side
Cons
- Console does not allow any customisation how to sort and view computer columns
- I can't find the way to play recorded session file on Linux
- No need to travel to users
- Saves a lot travel costs
- Saves really a lot time
