Overall Satisfaction with isolved

isolved is use to process our weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and certified payroll. It is used across entire organization and related entities. isolved is the source for time reporting, tax compliance, time-off accruals and utilization, certified payroll and certified payroll reporting. It was also used in connection with PPP loans and reporting.

  • Single point of contact when there are issues - and the same point of contact
  • They had a team system and you couldn't get the same rep time after time. They changed this so now there is a person to reach out to.

  • Clocking in and out through the app, and transferring this to timecards in payroll has saved hundreds of hours
  • Electronic request for PTO is more accurate and reliable
[I feel] ADP had terrible customer support. They are very rigid - do it their way, or not at all. The reports out of ADP are difficult to create and maintain. ADP is difficult to learn.

isolved has done a great job for us on payroll. The system is easy to learn and easy to use. The training is good. When we have questions, they have answers. Our rep is available as required to support us.
