Overall Satisfaction with isolved
We use isolved for - Corporate Level - payroll processing Employee Level - Clock IN/Out, View pay stubs & tax documents[.]
- Reporting - There are many options & what's not available can be created & customized
- Employee document access - pay stubs & tax documents are at their fingertips
- Customer Service - My current reps are amazing (Michelle Maney & Sherri Schatzel) but it took some changes to get the right fit. Previously when with Performance I could call our reps direct & always get someone right way. If there was a big issue Pen Gaines was a phone call away & could handle most anything.
- Start Up Team - We added a 3rd company informing the team we needed it soon (before yr end 2020), all rules should mirror other 2, and I offered to input the employees myself (and did). Even after contacting Pen there was nothing he could do to escalate the issue and we had to wait vs starting the year for 8 employees we were pulling from the other 2 on 1 payroll.

- When there are no issues isolved makes processing payroll seamless and less time consuming.
- When there are problems (which we haven't had any in a while) it created unnecessary headache.
In comparison isolved is much more advanced and offers numerous features unavailable with Evolution.
