Overall Satisfaction with isolved

isolved is being used across the entire organization. We utilize the HRM (including benefits) and payroll. We also just started the implementation process of the isolved University Pro. The reporting capability and benefit integration has been a huge benefit to our organization.

  • We had multiple systems that didn't talk to one another and data had to be entered separately into each system. isolved significantly reduced the amount of data entry for new hires, onboarding, and payroll.
The employee self service and ease of payroll processing were significant decision makers. We were transitioning from payroll being completed in house to isolved. The sales team did a fabulous job explaining the comprehensive implementation process and the implementation team were true to their word!

isolved is well suited for a midsize company. With as robust as isolved is, I would say a company that has multiple champions in the organization specializing in each area (e.g., benefits, payroll, LMS).
