Overall Satisfaction with isolved

I use it regularly for payroll, hiring, document storage, and benefit management. My employees use it daily to clock in and out and view check stubs.

isolved is more reliable and trusted. It is able to manage more and integrate everything in one place. It has a central call number with very helpful people. Zenefits eliminated that, has to use an email queue and it was awful.

I manage two separate companies through isolved, one with hourly employees and the other with salaried employees. It works great for both companies. Onboarding, benefit enrollment, and payroll all work great. We just started to sync isolved COBRA. I wish there was a place where we could send out a questionnaire to staff. For example when they are leaving, an exit interview that would be filed in their account. Or if there is an upcoming event, survey for staff attendance.
