Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use the full slate of isolved products. Payroll, benefit administration, HR Management, Share & Perform, Learn & Grow, Benefit Services, and People Services. We have added all these services a little at a time as we have doubled in size over the last 18 months. Isolved has been a Godsend for us as we would be buried in paperwork if it wasn't for their wonderful products.
  • Payroll processing is easy.
  • Benefits Administration is easy for employees to use.
  • Cobra Processing has been amazing savings of time.
  • Their customer service is great, but sometimes they could be better at communicating with each other.

Very user-friendly and easy to train on. Has helped us become more efficient overall and we keep adding more to our services as we need them. The addition of Learn & Grow has helped us expand our training options for all staff and leadership. Benefits Administration has made us basically paperless when it comes to open enrollment and new hire enrollment.
